Well it certainly has been an eventful evening...Republicans, good luck finding solace in your ignorant insults of your fellow Americans. And Democrats, congratulations on finding your own comfort knowing that from here on out it's all your fault. Hopefully from now on we can realize that we are all in this together, and we won't have to expose our incredibly hurtful sides towards one another for 4 more years. I'm very proud of all of my friends that went out to vote today, no matter who you voted for (I hear Big Bird was a close 3rd) but disgusted by a lot of the comments following the results. If our country is plummeting south it's not because of one leader in particular, it's a country that is split, too stubborn to want to work together to make things better. We blamed the Republicans for putting us into a recession. We blame the Democrats for not getting us out fast enough. And 4 years from now had Romney won, guess what, we'd still be blaming the President. Nobody is EVER going to be pleased. I hate politics, I hate talking about politics, and I hate what politics brings out in people. We are ONE Nation under GOD, INDIVISBLE, with liberty, and justice for ALL. Someone had to lose tonight, someone had to win, and either way you'd be complaining in 6 months anyway.
Now if you haven't noticed it's basketball season, the NFL is in mid-form, and the winter meetings will be starting soon. Go back to your normal ways and complain about things third-world countries would die to be able to complain about. And how bout just getting off your lazy asses, putting the bottle down for a night, hiding the bong for a day, you stop eating your fast food, turn off your reality television and get out and do something productive in your community?!
