I found this article online talking about how incredibly rude it is to be late. And as I have to deal with this type of behavior on a weekly basis, I found it spot on and instead of trying to put it into my own words, I thought this would be sufficient enough.
As a grown up and a professional I find it hard to grasp an understanding of people justifying their consistent tardiness. It doesn't only make you look lazy and incompetent but it is a reflection of the team you work on.
